Are you a high-ownership marketer looking to build something from the ground up?

What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute 360° GTM strategy for 3+ legal certification programs
• Build and scale lead generation via YouTube, Instagram, webinars & performance marketing
• Collaborate with content, tech, and sales teams to launch campaigns
• Create and manage marketing calendars (ads, reels, content, webinars)
• Design and optimize CRM funnels (WhatsApp, Email) for lead nurturing & conversion
• Track CAC, ROI & channel performance to drive growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of marketing experience in ed-tech, upskilling, or fast-paced consumer startups
• Strong in both performance & organic marketing
• Hands-on with analytics, copywriting, and campaign execution
• Experience launching or scaling a new product/vertical is a big plus
• Strategic thinking + a creative eye for content
