Our team of designers, developers, and storytellers crafts bold digital experiences across UI/UX, branding, motion, 3D, and front-end development . We work with clients across the US, UK, UAE, Australia , and beyond. The Role We’re on the lookout for someone who can bring in new clients by building real conversations— not just sending cold emails. If you know how to talk, connect, and convert... this is your zone. This is a commission-based opportunity , meaning: You earn a percentage of the project value every time a client signs with us because of you. The bigger the project, the bigger your cut. No cap. What You'll Do: Identify potential clients through research and outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels. Initiate conversations that feel human—not spammy—and pitch our design services naturally. Nurture leads by building real connections and keeping them engaged until they’re ready to book a call. Schedule intro calls with interested leads for our core team to take forward. Write and manage email/DM campaigns that get noticed (and replied to). Experiment with outreach strategies, tools, and messaging—then share what works. Maintain a clean and organized lead tracking system using Google Sheets or similar tools. Who You Are: 1+ year of experience doing outreach, marketing, or lead generation. Comfortable talking to strangers online (LinkedIn, Twitter, Email, wherever). Knows their way around Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms. Bonus: worked with CRMs or lead-gen tools before. Hungry to earn, experiment, and grow. Incentives: A base pay of 5000 INR and Commission on every successful project conversion (percentage based on budget size).
