Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Graphic Design Associate who can manage our brand’s presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Dribbble and many more. You’ll work closely with our design team to source post-worthy content, craft visually engaging posts, and ensure consistent engagement with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting and scheduling on Instagram, LinkedIn, Dribbble and many more
• Design engaging social graphics, carousels, reels covers, etc. in line with the brand
• Review Figma files and identify potential Dribbble posts
• Prepare and maintain an engagement sheet for social growth tracking
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs
• Coordinate with designers to source content or get creative briefs
• Send follow invites to new connections for VAV's LinkedIn page
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and formats

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in social media management and/or graphic design
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with Figma
• Basic understanding of content strategy and community engagement
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
