Job Title: Marketing Intern

Location: Bangalore - HSR Layout

Experience: 0 – 6 Months of experience.

Stipend: ₹20,000

Eligibility: Candidates based in Bangalore only. MBA graduates are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Marketing: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for our

D2C channel to enhance brand visibility, demand generation, and revenue

growth.

• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns,

focusing on social media growth and customer acquisition through innovative

approaches.

• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Build and maintain relationships with creators

and influencers to strengthen brand image and generate quality leads.

• Performance Marketing: Manage digital advertising campaigns to drive app

installations and user sign-ups.

• Brand Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with brands and

influencers to create revenue-generating collaborations.

• Content & Social Media: Develop engaging content strategies and manage

social media platforms to grow audience engagement.

• Product & App Optimization: Collaborate with product teams to test and

improve app features for better user experience.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with media production agencies,

creators, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or has little exposure to

performance marketing, preferably in D2C or health-tech.

• Proven ability to scale social media presence, drive app installs, and execute

successful influencer campaigns.

• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign analytics.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with creators, agencies,

and cross-functional teams.

• Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement highimpact marketing initiatives.
• Bangalore-based (mandatory).

Ideal Candidate:

• A non-MBA graduate (B.Tech/B.Com/B.Sc/B.A) with a knack for health-tech or

wellness marketing.

• Portfolio showing content calendars, influencer collabs, or performance

campaigns.

• Passion for healthcare innovation (fitness/physiotherapy knowledge is a plus).
• Worked on College fests or as Program Manager during Internships
