Key Responsibilities:

Growth Marketing

D2C channel to enhance brand visibility, demand generation, and revenue

growth.

Campaign Management:

focusing on social media growth and customer acquisition through innovative

approaches.

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

and influencers to strengthen brand image and generate quality leads.

Performance Marketing:

installations and user sign-ups.

Brand Partnerships:

influencers to create revenue-generating collaborations.

Content & Social Media:

social media platforms to grow audience engagement.

Product & App Optimization

improve app features for better user experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

creators, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

Knowledge in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or has little exposure to

performance marketing, preferably in D2C or health-tech.

Proven ability to scale social media presence, drive app installs, and execute

successful influencer campaigns.

Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign analytics.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with creators, agencies,

and cross-functional teams.

Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement highimpact marketing initiatives.

Bangalore-based (mandatory).

Ideal Candidate:

A non-MBA graduate (B.Tech/B.Com/B.Sc/B.A) with a knack for health-tech or

wellness marketing.

Portfolio showing content calendars, influencer collabs, or performance

campaigns.

Passion for healthcare innovation (fitness/physiotherapy knowledge is a plus).

Worked on College fests or as Program Manager during Internships
