This isn&apost your typical entry-level role. The Founder&aposs Office is the strategic nerve center of Stance Health. As an Associate, you will act as a direct extension of our founding team, serving as a force multiplier to turn vision into reality. You will be entrusted with high-leverage projects at the intersection of product, strategy, and operations. Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will wear multiple hats and drive critical initiatives across the company:

Product Incubation & Management

• Collaborate directly with the founders to translate high-level vision into a tangible product roadmap and detailed feature specifications.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new features, from ideation and user research to launch, data analysis, and iteration.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution, making pragmatic trade-offs when necessary.
• Manage alpha and beta testing, product go-live, go-to-market strategies and issue resolution.

Key Initiatives & Operational Excellence

• Identify bottlenecks in internal processes and design scalable, tech-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and execution speed.
• Dive deep into data to uncover actionable insights, preparing reports and dashboards for internal strategy meetings and investor updates.
• Translate the companys vision into key projects and initiatives across sales, clinical sciences, technology, and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor&aposs Degree in Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.) is a

  mandatory, non-negotiable

  requirement. Your analytical and problem-solving foundation is critical for this role.
• 12 years of high-intensity experience in a startup, tech company, or your own venture. Fresh graduates with exceptional internship experience are welcome to apply.

• Product Instinct:

  A strong understanding of the fundamentals of product management, including writing PRDs, user stories, and wireframing.

• Data-Driven:

  Proficiency in analyzing data to drive decisions. Experience with tools like SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a huge plus.

• Exceptional Communication:

  Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.

• Operational Prowess:

  Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive execution by working across cross-functional teams.
