Marketing Intern

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team for a 3-month, full-time internship. This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience across different facets of marketing — from social media and events to analytics and campaign coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content

• Assist in scheduling and posting content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Help maintain the social media calendar — ensuring timely, consistent posts.
• Support in content creation — brainstorming ideas, preparing captions, and shortlisting visuals.
• Track engagement and assist in reporting analytics and performance insights.
• Monitor ads and promotions (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) and report key highlights.

SEO & Research

• Support in basic SEO tasks — tracking keyword performance, identifying trending topics, and suggesting improvements.
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Google Trends, or keyword planners to explore content ideas and optimise visibility.
• Assist in analysing how SRGR content performs across search and social platforms.

Email Marketing & Campaigns

• Support in drafting emailers, maintaining mailing lists, and monitoring open rates and engagement.
• Assist in data entry and report collation for campaigns and feedback.

Photoshoots & Visual Content

• Help with photoshoot preparation — selecting eyewear, arranging props, and coordinating logistics.
• Assist during shoots with setup and coordination.
• Catalogue and maintain shoot materials (photos, videos) for easy reference.
• Coordinate with designers/editors for final creative assets.

Events & Pop-Ups

• Support the marketing team during in-store events or pop-ups — from setup and coordination to on-ground assistance.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in social media, marketing, and branding.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva; basic video editing is a plus.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• A good eye for design and aesthetics.
• Willingness to learn and contribute across different projects.

Internship Details Duration: 3 months (Full-time) from Office

Location: N.R. Road, Bengaluru

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
