Marketing Intern

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and result-driven Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Cyber Security Services, Managed IT Services, Training Programs, and Software Development Solutions across India. This role demands someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding client needs, and creating impactful brand visibility — while achieving sales and marketing targets with the support of our technical experts. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging industry trends. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads. Present company offerings effectively through presentations, demos, and client interactions. Manage end-to-end business development activities, from prospecting to deal closure in collaboration with technical teams. Define and achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets. Create marketing materials, proposals, and digital content in coordination with the design and technical teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance brand reputation. Participate in events, webinars, and industry conferences to represent the organization. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of projects and client requirements. Required Skills & Competencies Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Sound understanding of marketing tactics, B2B outreach, and lead generation. Goal-oriented, with proven ability in target chasing and deal closures. Basic understanding of IT, cybersecurity, and software development domains (training can be provided). Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
