Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative teams.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
Set, monitor, and report on team goals to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Design effective branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to enhance market presence.
Ensure a consistent and impactful brand message across all channels, including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials.
Analyze consumer behavior and create detailed customer personas for targeted marketing efforts.
Identify and capitalize on new market segments to expand market share.
Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans to build a high-performing marketing team.
Monitor competitive activities, including acquisitions, pricing changes, and new product launches.
Coordinate closely with sales teams to align strategies and boost overall brand awareness.
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives, contributing to long-term growth strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

Extensive experience in running successful marketing campaigns and managing teams.
Strong understanding of web analytics, Google AdWords, and CRM software.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to set, prioritize, and achieve ambitious goals.
Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
