About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for luxury township and residential projects.
• Build and maintain brand positioning in the luxury real estate segment.
• Plan and manage digital, print, outdoor, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal sales teams.
• Oversee project launches, site events, luxury property showcases, and customer engagement activities.
• Market research and competitor analysis for premium and luxury segments.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI tracking.
• Drive lead generation strategies for high-net-worth individual (HNI) clientele.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  

Job Expectations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in marketing luxury products, luxury brands, or premium real estate projects.
• Experience working on township and high-end residential projects is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales funnels and buyer behaviour.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with luxury lifestyle branding and positioning.
  

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
