Job Description

The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing all marketing activities across the company’s verticals — Housing, Automobile, and Hospitality. The role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand presence, drive sales growth, enhance customer engagement, and ensure consistency in corporate communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital trends, and sector-specific nuances to position each division effectively in its target market.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives for all divisions (Housing, Automobile, Hospitality).
  • Collaborate with senior management to define annual marketing budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure a unified brand identity and communication tone across all business verticals.

Brand Management & Communication:

  • Strengthen brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and storytelling.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, PR events, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee internal communication to ensure brand alignment across departments.

Sales Support & Lead Generation:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to support the sales teams in each division.
  • Create targeted marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with sales heads to track campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback studies to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for product positioning and pricing strategies.

Event Management & Partnerships:

  • Plan and execute exhibitions, roadshows, launch events, and hospitality promotions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance market reach.

Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Plan and monitor the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
  • Prepare periodic marketing reports and presentations for management review.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role handling multi-sector or diversified industries.
  • Proven experience in handling integrated marketing strategies across real estate, automobile, or hospitality sectors will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and media planning.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
