Marketing Growth & Content Creation Specialist


Role Overview

This is a 360° marketing role for someone who is equally creative and analytical. You’ll be responsible for driving growth through content creation, digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand storytelling while ensuring alignment with healthcare/pharma industry standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    360° marketing strategies

    across digital, content, and growth channels.
  • Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, email campaigns, presentations) tailored for healthcare/pharma audiences.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize

    paid and organic campaigns

    (Google, LinkedIn, email, SEO, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with sales and product strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and drive data-backed growth strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare/pharma communication guidelines and industry standards.
  • Build brand awareness and engagement through innovative content and campaigns.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience

    in marketing, must be in

    healthcare, pharma, or healthtech

    .
  • Proven track record in

    growth marketing

    and

    end-to-end campaign execution

    .
  • Strong

    English communication skills

    (verbal and written).
  • Experience creating engaging, compliant content for healthcare/pharma.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media management, email automation, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute tactically.
  • Comfortable working

    EST hours (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

    .
  • Smart, sharp, and able to handle multiple projects with a growth-driven mindset.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Knowledge of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Prior experience in a

    B2B SaaS or HealthTech startup environment

    is a strong plus.
