Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Assist in planning, designing, and publishing social media posts, reels, stories & campaigns
• Craft compelling copy aligned with brand tone and DEI vision
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, videos & brand assets
• Support in managing the content calendar and tracking engagement insights

2. Marketing Campaign Execution

• Execute marketing campaigns for hiring drives, events, partnerships & courses
• Assist in email marketing (Mailchimp / HubSpot) and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign rollout
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly analytics reports
• Support in lead generation through targeted digital activities

3. Events, Community & Partnership Marketing

• Support offline/online events such as webinars, meetups, workshops & panel discussions
• Manage event communication, banners, invites, and post-event engagement
• Assist in strengthening HerGrowth community communication

4. Brand & Communication

• Maintain brand consistency across all content and campaigns
• Assist with PR briefs, media coordination & partnership communication
• Work with the CEO on brand-building initiatives

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or branding
• Experience in Canva, basic video editing, and social media tools preferred

Skills

• Strong communication & storytelling skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
• Passion for women empowerment, DEI, and social impact
