Position Summarys

Trafotech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA. The ideal candidate should have experience in Import/Export operations.This role is responsible for driving sales, developing business opportunities, and supporting export-import marketing initiatives for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Development & Sales
• Identify and develop new clients and markets, both domestic and international.
• Assist in formulating marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Client Communication & Presentation
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to RFQs, proposals, and client inquiries.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
• Market Research & Reporting
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and client feedback.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with Production, Accounts, and Back Office teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support senior management in strategy formulation for new markets.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Knowledge of Import/Export operations,
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
