Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to spearhead our traditional marketing efforts. This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing campaigns through conventional channels such as print, outdoor, broadcast, and field activations. You will play a critical role in representing the university brand in offline spaces and collaborating with key stakeholders to amplify our reach.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies across platforms such as:

Newspaper and magazine advertisements

Outdoor media (hoardings, signage, kiosks)

Indoor branding (roll-ups, standees, banners, etc.)

Broadcast media (radio, cinema ads)

  • Coordinate and manage on-ground promotional events, exhibitions, and education fairs.
  • Liaise with vendors, media partners, publishers, and advertising agencies for campaign execution and material procurement.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and brand presentation across all traditional touchpoints.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, maintain records of expenses, and ensure cost-effective media buying.
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports, analyze performance data, and present results to the senior marketing leadership.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities in the traditional media landscape to keep campaigns relevant and impactful.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and policy guidelines related to print and broadcast advertising.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong foundation in market planning, offline campaign execution, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple offline marketing projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for brand aesthetics and operational details.
  • Experience in the education sector or institutional marketing is a strong plus.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
