We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing & Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our edge band product line. The role involves meeting clients (such as modular furniture manufacturers, carpenters, interior contractors, OEMs), generating leads, onboarding new customers, and growing sales in assigned territories. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong relationship-building, technical understanding of edge banding, and hands-on sales execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients in furniture manufacturing, modular interiors, panel processing units, etc. Schedule product demos, trials, and conversions. Field Visits & Relationship Management: Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and new clients. Build strong, long-term B2B customer relationships. Sales Execution: Promote and sell edge band products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Close orders and coordinate with logistics for delivery. Product & Market Knowledge: Understand product technicalities like thickness, matching with laminates, bendability, bonding, etc. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain sales reports, visit logs, and client feedback. Coordinate with marketing team for promotional support and dealer/distributor engagement. After-Sales Support: Address product complaints or fitment issues in coordination with technical team. Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
