Marketing Executive

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Direct Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves directly engaging with potential customers, generating leads, promoting products/services, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, persuasive, and motivated to achieve results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote products/services directly to potential customers via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, email, or events.
• Generate leads, identify prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly.
• Distribute promotional materials and organize on-ground marketing activities.
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and conversions.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (not mandatory for freshers).
• Proven experience in direct sales/marketing, field sales, or customer-facing roles (0–3 years; freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools to track sales and customer data.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Prior experience in B2B/B2C direct sales or telemarketing.
• Familiarity with the industry/product domain.
• Fluency in multiple languages to engage a wider audience.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments.
