Role & responsibilities Procurement Management : Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors for raw materials like Blocks, Wallpanel, Dry mix. Procure machinery spares, MRO items, and packing materials required for AAC block production. Vendor Development & Negotiation : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Negotiate price, credit terms, and delivery timelines to achieve cost savings without compromising quality. Inventory Control : Coordinate with stores and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to avoid shortages or overstocking. Purchase Order & Documentation : Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure proper documentation, invoice reconciliation, and GRN coordination. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure all purchases are in compliance with company policies and quality standards. Maintain procurement records and generate timely reports on purchase status, cost analysis, and vendor performance. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field. 2–6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction materials or AAC block industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of raw materials used in AAC block manufacturing. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, or MRP & other). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Role & responsibilities: 1. Market Development : Identify and approach new customer segments including builders, architects, contractors, engineers, and construction companies. Promote the full product range AAC blocks, panels, and dry mix products — through site visits, technical demos, and presentations. Educate stakeholders about the advantages of using AAC technology and dry mix solutions. 2. Sales & Business Generation : Generate and convert leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals. Meet monthly sales targets by promoting all three product lines effectively. Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment. 3. Dealer / Channel Partner Management : Appoint, train, and support dealers/distributors for AAC blocks, panels, and dry mix products. Regularly engage with partners to drive secondary sales and improve market penetration. Ensure availability of marketing collaterals and promotional materials at dealer locations. 4. Brand Promotion : Participate in industry events, expos, and local trade shows to build brand visibility. Assist in executing both offline and digital marketing campaigns focused on all product categories. Conduct product awareness programs for masons, contractors, and applicators. 5. Market Intelligence & Customer Feedback : Collect and report market data related to competitor pricing, product performance, and new project developments. Gather customer feedback and coordinate with the technical team for product improvement or troubleshooting. 6. Reporting & Documentation : Submit daily/weekly/monthly visit reports, lead conversion status, and market insights. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
