Job Description

Develop and implement a marketing strategy to achieve organisational goals(often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme) Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and Managing the marketing budget Coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like sales and product development Analysing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing strategies & Staying updated with the latest marketing trends Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities Develops marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Qualifications: Experienced Candidates on the same field are preferable A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any other relevant field Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics Creative thinking, problem-solving and Leadership ability Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills Proficiency with marketing tools and software Contact: 85929 79791 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
