Marketing Executive

You will be a Marketing Executive at Mode Retails Sales & Marketing Pvt Ltd, focusing on luxury brand marketing, customer engagement, and strategic alliances for premium brands Prabhu Shri Ram (PSR) and Ramya. Your role will involve creating experiential campaigns that blend Indian art, culture, and luxury lifestyle, with a primary focus on airports and high-end mall retail. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive campaigns that highlight luxury, culture, and lifestyle through brand marketing & storytelling. - Execute activations, events, and promotions to boost footfall & conversions in retail & airport/mall marketing. - Build collaborations with airlines, hotels, corporates, luxury brands, and influencers for alliances & partnerships. - Launch digital-first, geo-targeted, and experiential marketing strategies for Digital & Innovation. - Secure premium media visibility and engage with influencers for PR & Media. - Track trends, competitors, and growth opportunities in luxury retail for Market Research. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or Communication. - 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, FMCG, travel retail, or lifestyle brands. - Strong expertise in brand storytelling, retail activations, and partnerships. - Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills. - Exposure to airport/mall marketing is highly desirable. In this role, you will have the opportunity for direct mentorship from the CMD, high visibility in brand-building, growth potential to Manager - Marketing & Brand Alliances in 2-3 years, exposure to national & international luxury retail ecosystems, and a collaborative work culture at the Noida HQ with a 5.5-day work schedule. Performance will be measured based on footfall & sales growth at airports/malls, successful alliances & partnerships, media visibility & campaign ROI, and customer engagement & loyalty metrics.
