Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Manage social media presence and track engagement metrics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs).
• Assist in brand-building initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and design.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Analytics, Social Media).
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (digital/offline).
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
