This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Shilong. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities on a day-to-day basis.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the brand, drive business growth, and enhance engagement. The role involves managing campaigns, digital presence, market research, partnerships, and brand positioning.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
• Prepare annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective planning.
• Analyse market trends and competitor behaviour to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and partnerships.
• Manage content creation for brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other materials.
• Oversee the organisation’s presence on social media and digital platforms.
• Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) and track performance.
• Optimize website traffic and engagement using SEO/SEM techniques.
• Handle media relations, press releases, and publicity events.
• Represent the Institute’s events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Collaborate to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
• Generate leads through marketing activities and support conversion strategies.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reputation (TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, etc.
• Track marketing performance metrics and ROI.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and submit them to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or service sector marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creativity with strong attention to detail.
