Marketing Executive – Fresher (Full-time, Work from Office) 📍 Location: Indore | Department: Marketing About IKIRU: IKIRU is a curated marketplace for home decor and furniture, working with 300+ manufacturers and artisans across India. We're design-led, detail-driven, and always up for creative experimentation. What You’ll Do: You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring IKIRU’s campaigns to life across platforms. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (both organic and paid) Manage social media and LinkedIn posting , including content creation and coordination Support in designing ad creatives and A+ infographics Help with landing page updates and website changes related to campaigns Analyze ad performance weekly and contribute ideas for improvements Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns Coordinate with influencers for collaborations and content rollouts Reshuffle product lineups based on ongoing promotions or seasonal edits Who You Are: A fresh graduate or early-career marketer with a love for creativity and curiosity for performance marketing Familiar with Canva, basic ad tools, email marketing platforms, and website editors (or open to learning fast) Organized, proactive, and good at juggling multiple tasks Interested in home decor, trends, and digital storytelling Perks: Work alongside a lean, passionate team in a fast-growing ecom platform Exposure to everything from content to performance marketing Endless conversations about aesthetics, moodboards and mindful living Email us your resume at alisha@ikiru.in & vaishali@ikiru.in Show more Show less
