Position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote hospital services, specialties, and health check packages in the local and regional markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and community organizations.
• Plan and execute field visits, patient engagement programs, and outreach activities.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth organization of

  health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events

• Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance hospital visibility.
• Maintain proper documentation, lead tracking, and conversion reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly marketing and referral targets.
• Assist in

  corporate tie-ups, patient feedback analysis

  , and data collection for performance reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in hospital or healthcare marketing (mandatory).

• Any Graduate / MSW / MBA (Marketing)

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally.
• Knowledge of local market and healthcare referral networks preferred.
