IT Executive (Hospital Software)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Executive to join our dynamic team at Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, Digdoh Hills, Hingna. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital software systems and extensive experience handling Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS). Key Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of hospital software systems. Manage and troubleshoot HMIS to ensure seamless operation and integration with other hospital systems. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. Ensure data security and integrity within the hospital's IT infrastructure. Conduct regular system audits and upgrades to enhance performance and reliability. Provide training and support to hospital staff on IT systems and applications. Maintain documentation related to IT systems, procedures, and policies. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and products. Qualifications: BTech/MTech in Computer Science, BSc/MSc in Computer Science, or BCA/MCA. A minimum of 5+ years of work experience in hospital software systems. Proven experience in managing and handling HMIS. Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, networks, and software applications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
