Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Quality Leadership:

  Develop and implement quality management systems and frameworks aligned with hospital goals and regulatory standards.

• Policy & Process Improvement:

  Formulate and review policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance patient safety, care quality, and operational efficiency.

• Compliance & Accreditation:

  Oversee compliance with national and international accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, NABL, ISO) and coordinate accreditation processes.

• Audit & Monitoring:

  Lead internal audits, performance evaluations, and quality improvement projects, ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented.

• Team Management:

  Mentor and manage a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to promote quality initiatives and integrate best practices across the hospital.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven leadership in quality management and process improvement in a healthcare environment.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead teams and engage stakeholders.
• Experience with quality management software and data-driven quality improvement methodologies.
