Full Time
1. Quality Management System (QMS):
o Develop, implement, and maintain ISO/TS/AS or relevant quality management systems.
o Ensure compliance with internal, customer, and statutory quality requirements.
o Conduct regular audits and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
2. Process & Product Quality Control:
o Oversee in-process and final inspection activities.
o Monitor key quality parameters (rejection rate, customer complaints, defect ppm, etc.).
o Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other analytical tools.
3. Customer Quality:
o Handle customer audits, feedback, and complaints effectively.
o Ensure timely root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation.
o Maintain strong customer relationships for quality assurance and improvement.
4. Supplier Quality:
o Evaluate and approve suppliers based on quality performance.
o Conduct supplier audits and develop suppliers for improved quality standards.
5. Continuous Improvement:
