Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support sales growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities—using insights to inform strategies . Campaign Planning & Execution Develop and implement multi‑channel campaigns (digital, print, events); oversee content creation and manage budgets r Digital & Social Media Management Run and optimize social media, SEO, email, and PPC initiatives; track metrics and adjust strategies for better performance . Content Creation Write engaging copy for ads, social posts, website, newsletters, brochures, press releases, etc. Brand Management Ensure consistent messaging and visual brand identity across all platforms and campaigns . Reporting & Analytics Monitor KPIs like traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI; generate campaign performance reports and recommend optimizations . Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work with sales, design, product, and external vendors/agencies to synchronize efforts and implement cohesive campaigns Event & Promotional Support Organize and participate in marketing events, product launches, or trade shows 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred . Experience: 1–3 years in marketing or similar role; experience in digital marketing is a plus . Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital tools (Google Analytics, SEO/PPC tools, email CRM, social media platforms); MS Office proficiency .
