A civil engineering background will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet project and company needs. Estimate project budgets and maintain cost accounting records. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
