Ordient Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller with experience in financial planning, cost accounting, and project-based finance management, preferably within the Construction, Real Estate, or Interior Design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost accounting and ensure accuracy in budget estimation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Manage and monitor estimated budgets and financial planning for individual projects.
• Handle finance controlling activities, ensuring compliance and effective cost optimization.
• Process project payments, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely settlements.
• Supervise certain components of payroll processing related to project finance.
• Conduct financial reporting, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions for better cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to create and track project-wise financial performance reports.
• Support audits, financial documentation, and maintain records as per company and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Construction, Real Estate, or Interior Design industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and budget estimation.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, ERP systems, and DALL•E tools (for financial data visualization or reports).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle project-level financial responsibilities effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: 42,000 – 55,000 per month (based on experience and skill set).

Incentives: Offered post-probation based on performance and target achievement.

Location: Bangalore (Onsite – Devanahalli / Yelahanka preferred).
