Key Responsibilities :

• What you’ll help us with Content and Social Media
• Help find and connect with UGC creators, micro-influencers, and brand pages
• Assist in creating content for social media and campaigns
• Write simple, engaging captions and ad copy
• Campaigns and Execution
• Be part of brainstorming ideas for campaigns and launches
• Help manage social media day-to-day — posting, stories, replies, DMs, comments, and reviews
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and other teams when needed
• Support the team in executing paid ad campaigns
• Research and Learning
• Track what competitors are doing on social media
• Keep an eye on trends, new ideas, and what’s working in marketing
• Share interesting insights and ideas with the team

Required Skills

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with awareness of digital and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
