Key Responsibilities

Digital & Content Marketing

• Manage and grow the companys presence on

  LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand positioning
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all digital platforms
  

SEO & Performance Marketing

• Coordinate with SEO agencies to ensure timely execution of SEO activities
• Support and manage

  Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

  campaigns with agencies/freelancers
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation
  

Lead Generation & Campaigns

• Execute lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn and other digital platforms
• Build and maintain a qualified

  lead database

• Run targeted campaigns to generate high-quality B2B industrial leads
  

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

• Plan and execute email newsletters and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Nurture leads through regular communication and updates
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze key marketing KPIs such as:
• Website traffic
• Lead generation
• Engagement and conversion rates
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights
  

Market & Customer Insights

• Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities
• Share insights to improve marketing and sales strategies
  

Sales Support

• Provide marketing collateral and insights to support the sales team
• Collaborate closely with sales for better lead conversion
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 24 years of experience

  in B2B digital marketing (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with:
• LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
• SEO coordination
• Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Familiarity with

  CRM tools (Zoho / Freshsales)

  is an added advantage
