Job Overview

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Ground Promotions & Lead Generation

Execute promotional activities such as school fairs, helpdesks or kiosks, pamphlet distribution, and tie-ups with preschools or corporates to generate admissions leads.
Conduct targeted outreach through local community events and partnerships to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.

2. Market Tracking & Competitor Analysis

Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor information to refine promotional strategies and messaging.

3. Tele-Calling & Follow-Up

Engage in proactive tele-calling to generate walk-ins and follow up with prospective parents to drive admission conversions.

4. Admission Enquiries & Process Management

Serve as the first point of contact for admission-related queries via phone, email, and campus visits.
Manage the full admissions process, from initial inquiry to student enrollment, maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups.

5. Database & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, current students, registrations, and students exiting the school.
Generate daily and periodic reports on lead generation, admissions progress, and marketing effectiveness.
