Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Executive to support and execute our marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, external marketing agencies, and leadership to ensure timely execution of campaigns, brand consistency, and effective market outreach.

Candidates with a background in Marketing or Mass Communication -- including interns and early-career professionals—are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and a genuine interest in marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Marketing Execution & Coordination

-- Execute monthly marketing plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies.

-- Coordinate with DeepRanjani teams to gather content, inputs, and requirements for marketing initiatives.

-- Ensure timely delivery of creatives, content, and marketing assets by managing dependencies and follow-ups.

2) Digital & Social Media Management

-- Manage and regularly monitor DeepRanjani’s digital and social media platforms to ensure consistent activity and engagement.

-- Support content development for social media, website updates, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

-- Track digital campaign performance and share insights or improvement suggestions.

3) Branding & Communication

-- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

-- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and presales documentation for client and partner engagements.

-- Support planning and execution of events, promotional activities, and digital outreach programs.

4) Market Analysis & Reporting

-- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.

-- Prepare basic marketing performance reports and insights to support planning and decision-making.

-- Assist in lead generation and outreach initiatives aligned with marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies

-- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.

-- Foundational understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.).

-- Prior internship or professional exposure to marketing roles is an advantage.

-- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

-- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Education & Eligibility

-- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related discipline.

-- Fresh graduates, interns, or professionals with up to 3 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
