Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support our branding, communications, and customer acquisition efforts across our food & beverage and hospitality verticals. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the industry, an eye for detail, and the ability to execute campaigns that resonate with both digital and offline audiences. Key Responsibilities: Brand Promotion: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness across all platforms (social, print, PR, etc.). Content Creation: Plan, create, and manage engaging content including menus, promotions, blogs, videos, and emailers in line with brand guidelines. Social Media Management: Develop and schedule posts, run paid campaigns, engage with followers, and track performance analytics across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Partnerships & Events: Coordinate tie-ups, influencer engagements, and offline events to boost visibility and footfall. Guest Engagement: Plan and execute loyalty programs, seasonal promotions, and festive campaigns to increase repeat business. Digital Marketing Support: Work with digital agencies for SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and website management as required. Market Research: Monitor competitors, food trends, customer reviews, and market demands to shape promotional strategies. Reporting & Analytics: Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and prepare regular reports for management review. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry) Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus Creative thinking with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Passion for food, hospitality, and lifestyle branding Show more Show less
