Marketing executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Professional to contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

• Assist in developing and executing BoulderBox’s marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities across digital, offline, and community marketing.

Content & Campaigns:

• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, influencer collaborations).
• Generate engaging content (photos, videos, stories, blog posts) that reflect the brand’s values and lifestyle.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.

Community & Events:

• Coordinate with the events team to promote workshops, competitions, and community initiatives.
• Drive partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and athletes to grow brand reach.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
• Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.

Brand Management:

• Maintain BoulderBox’s visual and tonal identity across all marketing touchpoints.
• Ensure all communications are aligned with the brand’s ethos of community, fitness, and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for fitness, climbing, or outdoor activities is a big bonus!
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
