Marketing Executive

.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with prior experience in the hospital/healthcare sector. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to promote hospital services, enhance patient engagement, and strengthen the hospital’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and health check-up packages.
• Coordinate with doctors, departments, and management to design promotional strategies and outreach programs.
• Organize health camps, CME programs, awareness drives, and community engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, referral doctors, and insurance partners.
• Monitor patient feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Manage hospital’s digital presence including social media platforms, website updates, and online campaigns.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities, ROI, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create promotional materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, and digital creatives.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and hospital branding guidelines in all promotional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
• Strong understanding of hospital services, patient relationship management, and healthcare market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, MS Office, and social media management.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
