Executive Assistant – Marketing 📍 Location: Agra About the Role:- We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Marketing Department. This role requires a smart multitasker who can manage both strategic tasks and daily coordination with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Head, helping drive initiatives, campaigns, and operations with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Marketing Head in daily operations, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, digital, sales) and external agencies. Maintain schedules, set up meetings, prepare reports, presentations, and other documents. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Track marketing KPIs, compile performance reports, and support with data analysis. Handle communication and correspondence with vendors and partners. Ensure smooth documentation, record keeping, and timely approvals. Who we are looking for:- Candidate with excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good understanding of marketing processes and team workflows. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick at problem-solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Qualification:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a marketing support role.
