About the Role

Marketing Execution Specialist

hands-on, fast, organised, and execution-driven

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Monitoring

  • Coordinate with the agency for daily and weekly lead generation performance

  • Monitor and run Meta Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads

  • Track SEO activities and performance metrics

  • Create new offers and run A/B tests with iterative improvements

  • 2. Social Media Execution

    • Execute consistent strategy across:

    • YouTube

    • Instagram

    • Facebook

    • LinkedIn

    • Work directly with the CMO on planning and rollout

    • Track post performance and iterate content direction

  • 3. Multi-Channel Marketing Operations

    • Execute email marketing campaigns

    • Schedule WhatsApp broadcasts periodically

    • Handle WhatsApp and Facebook communities

    • Monitor Quora & Reddit presence and brand mentions

  • 4. Market Research & Insights

    • Track industry changes and competitor movements

    • Identify market trends and content opportunities

    • Research trending reels and campaign ideas for WellnessZ

  • 5. App Communication & Community Engagement

    • Push in-app notifications and marketing messages

    • Manage platform-generated content flows

    • Ensure high engagement among coaches and clients

  • 6. Product Reverse Engineering

    • Analyse competitor platforms and funnels

    • Test competitor experiences first-hand

    • Report findings and suggest improvements for WellnessZ

  • 7. Internal Feedback Execution

    • Collect feedback from Tech, Sales & Success teams

    • Convert feedback into actionable changes in campaigns

    • Ensure timely implementation and reporting

  • 8. Branding Consistency

    • Maintain brand guidelines across all assets

    • Monitor taglines, visual consistency & logo usage

    • Ensure future offers align with the master brand kit

  • 9. Physical & Event Marketing

    • Manage product kits for onboarded clients

    • Support freebies distribution for new prospects

    • Assist in expo/event material setup & branding logistics

  • What We’re Looking For

    • 1–2 years of execution-based marketing experience (NOT purely strategy)

    • Hands-on experience with Meta/Google/LinkedIn ads monitoring

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms

    • Excellent coordination and follow-through skills

    • Highly organised and comfortable working with multiple tasks

    • Fast learner with a proactive attitude

    • Strong communication skills and reporting discipline

    12. Work closely with CMO to work on everything 
    13. Monitor other marketing channels & Execute Campaigns
    14. Email marketing campaign
    15. Whatsapp bulk messages periodically. 
    16. Handle whatsapp communities 
    17. Handle facebook communities
    18. Quora and reddit activities review 
    19. Market research and iterate:
    20. Researching the market actively for any new changes in the industry
    21. Competitor research 
    22. Market trends
    23. Trending reels on instagram and more
    24. Wellnessz app community handling:
    25. Regular relatable notifications on the app to coaches and their clients
    26. Inn app marketing
    27. Platform generated Content
    28. Reverse engineer:
    29. Analysing the competitor platform and products and using them themselves 
    30. Reporting how the product performed and how we can make changes in our product
    31. Feedbacks from all teams:
    32. Analyse and take all feedback from tech, sales and success team to make changes in the ads and strategy of marketing
    33. Take care of branding:
    34. Note all the brand taglines 
    35. See if the logo is consistent
    36. Logo and brand kit with any future offer or brand should be consistent
    37. Physical marketing and event management:
    38. Product kits sent to all the onboarded clients
    39. Product kits or freebies for attracting new prospect
    40. In any expos manage all the marketing equipments and branding materials
