We’re hiring a Marketing Engineer to help drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You’ll play a key role in securing projects, representing our brand, and supporting our team to align business development with successful project delivery. Role Overview

As a Marketing Engineer, you’ll drive growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. You’ll collaborate with teams to align solutions with client needs and support sales targets. If you’re proactive and results-driven, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Attend industry events and represent the company to expand networks.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitors.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Support marketing efforts with client feedback and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the construction or service sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals.
• Good understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Results-driven with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of the construction or project management industry.
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
