To conductFarmers , meet in the assigned territory, daily visit to farmers and retailers counters and Mandi visit to educate and provide the product info

To generatenew orders to meet up the sales target

To fillmaintain Mahaveera Mitra Club Diary on regular basis

To analyzeand evaluate Mahaveera Mitra club members needs

To fillgoogle forms for sales incentive

To buildlong term client relationships and ensuring repeat sales orders

To achievepersonal and team POS targets

To attendmeetings, sales events and training time to time

To providemarket feedback to the reporting authority on a daily basis

To manageclient databases within the assigned territory

To providedemos and upload in RMPCL app

Toachieve Farmers Calling, and achieve monthly target

To providethe details of the social media platform of RMPCL to dealers, retails andfarmers

To recordthe testimonials of the farmers and retailers territory and submit to Indoreoffice
