• Manage client inquiries across multiple platforms and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, schedule meetings, and support proposal preparation.
• Maintain strong communication with both

  domestic and NRI clients

  .

• Assist in digital campaigns on

  LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, and Facebook

  .
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare structured reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for advanced marketing activities.

• Design engaging posts, brochures, and presentations using

  Canva/Photoshop

  .
• Edit short videos/reels for project milestones and walkthroughs.
• Support offline branding activities such as brochures, signage, and exhibitions.
• Ensure alignment with

  corporate brand standards

  at all times.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing and client engagement.
• Track KPIs such as lead conversions, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Recommend new marketing strategies and tools to support business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in

  marketing, CRM, or client servicing

  (construction/real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi/Telugu proficiency an advantage.
• Knowledge of

  digital marketing platforms and analytics tools

  .
• Proficiency with Canva/Photoshop and basic video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
