Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, and product) for campaign requirements and timelines.
Oversee social media activities as part of the overall marketing strategy, including scheduling, engagement, and basic performance tracking.
Support PR, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights for campaigns.
Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Track, compile, and report campaign performance metrics.
Ensure all marketing communication is aligned with Jaipur Rugs’ brand identity and storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5-7 years' of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
Good understanding of marketing fundamentals across digital, print, and event platforms.
Familiarity with social media tools and analytics.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Creative thinking with an eye for design and brand aesthetics.
