Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Coordination Associate 1 to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong background in project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Roles and Responsibility Manage workflows, timelines, and activities according to marketing and RSM Brand standards. Coordinate efforts across marketing stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of go-to-market efforts. Develop and distribute regular project status updates to stakeholders. Assist in the development of monthly marketing performance reporting. Participate in cross-firm projects related to marketing and demand generation capability development and enhancements. Collaborate with teams to achieve stated goals and objectives. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to learn new subject areas quickly. General knowledge of digital marketing. Awareness and understanding of various marketing channels. Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done.
