Marketing Communications Manager

Nat Habit is a beauty brand dedicated to creating natural, fresh, and chemical-free personal care products. Our mission is to bring back the age-old beauty rituals in their purest and most effective form. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to develop and execute offline messaging strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales across retail stores, pop-ups, exhibitions, and other offline channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging that resonates with customers in an offline environment, ensuring strong brand recall and customer connection. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute offline brand messaging strategies for retail stores, kiosks, exhibitions, and events. - Define communication themes, taglines, and content for product displays, in-store branding, brochures, banners, and packaging. - Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create impactful offline marketing materials. - Work closely with distributors, retail partners, and promoters to ensure consistent brand communication across all offline touchpoints. - Analyze customer responses to offline messaging and refine strategies for better engagement and conversions. - Plan and oversee experiential marketing campaigns such as sampling events, beauty workshops, and influencer-driven offline promotions. - Monitor competitor messaging and identify new trends to keep the brand communication fresh and relevant. Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience in marketing communications, offline marketing, or brand management (preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry). - Strong understanding of consumer behavior in offline retail environments. - Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with a keen eye for branding and messaging. - Experience in working with retail stores, exhibition setups, and promotional campaigns. - Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and vendors for offline marketing execution. - Creative thinker with strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
