Marketing Communications Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to organize and promote roadshows, seminars, customer presentations, and similar events.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend relevant exhibitions and trade shows for participation.
• Oversee the design and production of marketing materials such as banners, posters, and stall layouts.
• Drive and monitor online tender participation, especially on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and similar platforms.
• Maximize the potential of LinkedIn for company visibility, outreach, and engagement.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (email blasters) targeting existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on quotes submitted, ensuring timely responses and closure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications or event coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator is a plus).
• Experience in managing tenders on GeM or similar government procurement portals.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a B2B or industrial product/service environment.
• Familiarity with exhibition planning and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and digital campaign tracking.
