About the Role

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

B2B Marketing & GT Activations

Plan and execute GT-level brand activations: POSM, visibility, retailer communication
Manage design + production of marketing collaterals
Create & run B2B mass-mail campaigns (new products, catalogue drops, offers)
Maintain a B2B marketing calendar and ensure timely rollouts

OEM / Private Label Project Handling

Handle client communication, adaptations, approvals and timelines
Coordinate with editorial, design and production teams
Track projects end-to-end from brief to delivery
Maintain dashboards for all OEM projects

Exhibitions & Trade Fairs

Ensure collaterals, kits, samples and catalogues are exhibition-ready
Support booth visual planning and post-exhibition follow-up communication

Lead Generation & CRM

Research and generate leads for B2B & international distribution
Maintain lead sheets and update Zoho CRM
Coordinate with sales for qualification and follow-ups

What You Need (Skills & Competencies)

Strong project management and follow-through
Good communication & client-handling skills
Basic understanding of design/printing
Email marketing + CRM comfort (Zoho preferred)
High ownership, organised working style, and accountability
