Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop a strong understanding of the company's products/services offerings to effectively communicate value proposition to clients. Build relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell relevant solutions. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting daily/weekly call quotas. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, digital marketing, or related field. Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone conversations. Proficiency in using computer software applications for data entry, email management, etc.
