Job Description

We are hiring for one of our client for the role of Marketing Associate (Remote) location. PFB the details:

Role: Marketing Associate (Offline Marketing)

Key Responsibilities
Offline Marketing Initiatives Manage procurement of marketing materials such as brochures, promotional items, andpoint-of-sale displays. Maintain a comprehensive vendor directory and source high-quality promotional items tosupport marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized marketing collaterals and tools tosupport their regional efforts. Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of local markets. Oversee the launch of new product lines or patterns, ensuring successful marketintroduction and promotion. Support and execute brand activations, including dealer events, trade shows, and otherpromotional activities to increase brand awareness and engagement. Oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns, including trade shows,exhibitions, and dealer programs.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Manage customer lists and segmentation to ensure accurate targeting ofcommunications. Develop and maintain a communications calendar to engage customers consistently withrelevant updates, offers, and campaigns. Monitor and manage all community inboxes and form queries, ensuring timely responsesand resolution of customer inquiries

Budget Management
Ensure all activities remain within approved spending limits. Support Marketing Manager to conduct monthly budget reconciliations to address andrectify overspending or underspending.Cross-Team Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams to align offline marketing efforts with broader brandstrategies. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Support sales team in tracking and reporting the impact of marketing initiatives on theirefforts.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline marketing, CRM, ora related role. Experience working in the automotive or B2B industry is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a bonus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
