Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in leading and executing our marketing efforts to support growth, brand visibility, and business development. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

You will:

• Lead and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with leadership
• Create and manage marketing collateral, digital content, and campaign materials
• Drive and support targeted marketing campaigns
• Promote our brand through strategic social media management
• Conduct research and analysis on target markets and audience segments
• Perform competitive intelligence and prepare actionable insights and reports
• Collect and manage data for direct marketing activities
• Assist in identifying prospects and building lead generation funnels
• Support business development and pre-sales efforts with relevant content and materials
• Create blog posts, white papers, and visual content to support thought leadership

You have:

• A creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• A strong desire to learn and grow in digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience creating blog posts, white papers, and other marketing content
• Visual storytelling skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe)
• Working knowledge of social media marketing, promotion, and content scheduling
• Previous experience in a marketing, content, or analyst role (preferred but not required)

Pay: ₹9,736.04 - ₹32,351.06 per month
